My Amber is done. I'm now hard at work on the Goddess Tank. Sharlene's already got me beat though, her back is almost finished. How's everyone else progressing? Let us know!

Button's on Its Way!

Missa over at Midnight Knitter and proprietress of MoonArts is working up a cute button for us. Thanks, Missa!

In the mean time, our ranks are building as news of our Tankalong makes its way around Blogland. Thanks to everyone who has mentioned it in their blogs. There's some good variety happening too. It will be great to see what everyone's working on. Feel free to email me pics of progress or FOs and I'll post them here. Also, we can use the comments sections for discussion and help. You can also send an entire post to me via email and I'll copy it into a post (with proper attribution, of course) if you want to be sure that the whole community will see it.

I have a feeling that I may have more than just 2 tanks in the works when all is said and done. Amber is almost finished.. I just have 2 measly seams to sew up. I'll post a picture sometime this weekend. How are you all coming on yours?

Welcome to the Tank Time TankAlong!

It's official! We're TankingAlong! It's spring and that means knitters everywhere are packing up their heavy woolens and breaking out the summer knitting. Tank tops reign supreme in 2004 with Vogue Knitting sporting a snazzy criss-cross tank on the cover:

Rachael completed hers in record time and got rave reviews. Everyone agreed it looks far better on her than the model in the picture and there were vows to add this one to the knitting queue.

Check out Evening Breeze on page 56 of the Spring Knitter's. Soft waves and peekaboo eyelets. This one might have to go on the list too. Can a girl have too many tank tops? I think not.
