As a child I often visited Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood. It was an oasis of calm in an otherwise chaotic world. I would walk to Nana's house after school, settle in with a piece of her homemade bread and a glass of milk and be swept away into the Land of Make Believe or the wonders of Picture Picture.
Even after I outgrew Mr. Rogers, I watched with my little brother Sam. He loved it too. Today I'm wearing my sweater in honor of Mr. Rogers. I hope you are too.
I spent yesterday watching youtube videos of Mr. Rogers. Did you see the one where he fought to get the PBS funding? He was so young and passionate. I also wore a zipper up cardigan and posted it to my blog as well. I miss Mr. Rogers.

I am wearing a sweater today, and it's even a cardigan...although I understand that's not a requirement. :) Happy Mr. Rogers Day!
