A gauntlet was thrown down by Alison of Quantum Tea to the irrepressable Norma. A Haiku challenge. Now others are joining in. Will you?
A Haiku is a three line poem with no rhyme scheme. The first line is 5 syllables, the second 7 syllables and the last 5 syllables again. My Haiku comment to Norma:
I could not resist
Long since haiku was written
Finding new rhythm
And to Alison:
Haiku dare is good
More poetry in blogland
Surely could not hurt
My Haiku for today:
My intention made
Haiku blogging fortnight's time
Inspiration found
Photos of Cyd's sock will have to wait. Having trouble getting the camera phone pictures downloaded to the computer properly. Probably best to wait until I get home anyway, to take a real picture. Not much else shakin' at the moment, just missing Greta and hoping she's ok.
N, I spoke to Greta on Monday and she's just unplugged due to storm damage to the wires. She's missing us, too, but she'll be back!
