Welcome to the Must Have Too KnitAlong!

    In an attempt to keep each other honest and out of the LYS, Nathania and Norma made an agreement to knit Patons' Must Have Cardigan (from the Patons Street Smart book) out of yarn in their respective stashes. As soon as they announced it on their blogs a chorus of "Me too"s was heard and so this knitalong was born. Start date is Feb. 1 and the rules are simple, just join us in knitting this fabulous cabled cardigan and record your progress here on this blog. Aww, you guys!

Well. I decided to just follow a pattern to the letter for a change (except for the cheapskate yarn sub) and didn't worry about the fact that the designer couldn't be arsed to make the ribs and cables match up. I'm trying really, really hard not to be anal about it. But if you guys all have perfectly meshed cables and ribs, I might need to make a new ribbing and graft it on. Aaargh.
