Things got a little silly at the end of UFO night at the store on Friday night. I'd been working on a pattern submission and finished the body of the pumpkin basket. It looked like an oversized Rasta hat, so I had to put it on my head. I added the handle yesterday morning and hope to get the embellishments figured out tonight so I can felt it tomorrow afternoon.
I was also pleased to get to spend some time with Emily, recently returned from her world travels. Doesn't she look unbelieveably cute? There are other great pictures on the store blog of me, Lynette, CJ and Christina in our jammies.
The asthma is slowly getting better. Last night I was at a gathering with a friend's fella who works for a major pharmaceutical company that makes medications for asthma. He gave me a lot of great information and made sure I was using my inhalers correctly (fortunately I was) and I feel a lot better about how that's going now. Every day I feel just a little bit better, so hopefully in a couple days it'll all be back under control and I can literally breathe a sigh of relief.
