... it's not. I felt really good yesterday. I reknit my four rows. Rested most of the day, knit another couple of rows while doing a demonstration for an elementary school field trip to the store. I realized I was 2 rows from casting off the back of Glitter. It was just me and the pets last night, so when I got home I heated up some soup, crawled into bed to watch a movie and then I cast off. My arm didn't hurt at all. I might as well cast on the front, I thought, but the size 10.5 needle I needed was nowhere to be found. Heedless of that very obvious sign, I grabbed some dpns and cast on a Christmas present. Sometimes I hate myself. The dpns did me in. Fifteen minutes later my arm ached, my hand ached and I was kicking myself for being stupid. I put my brace back on and went to sleep. This morning it was a little better, but very plainly a setback from the day before. When will I learn?
